If you have a WST soil moisture sensor, you’ll need to short the ends to turn it on before syncing with your base station. A metal key is an easy way to do so. Once you’ve shorted the ends, you’ll see an orange indicator light blink. Here’s a quick video that shows exactly how to short the ends!
